I really enjoyed reading your similarities and differences between venus fly traps and pitcher plants. I had no idea that the Venus Fly Trap takes 10 days to digest their prey! Does that mean that in those 10 days they don't need to eat?

Hi Ariana, Well done on finishing this SLJ activity. I think you have made a great venn diagram on the Venus fly trap and the Pitcher plant. Wow, I had no idea the Venus fly trap has to wait 10 days before it's food is properly digested. Also, how does the Pitcher plant drown it's victims? Keep up the good work.

Awesome Ari! I used to have a little Venus fly trap when I was growing up. I used to catch flies for it. Yummm.
