SLJ Week 1 Day 4 Worth her weight in Gold

Kia ora,
Imagine that you were asked to create a travel poster for a country of your choice. On the poster, include lots of great tips about what to see and do in the country.

I decided to choose America as my nana and poppa has just visited there.
They drove Route 66 from California to Arkansas and said it was a great trip so that is something that needs to be done in America.

  2. Kia ora Ariana,

How are you today? I hope you've had a nice week! Do you have anything fun planned for the weekend? :)

I love how you've chosen to present this activity! It is very creative, and I have added it to our outstanding blog posts, which you can find here:

It's clear that you've put a lot of effort and research into this activity, ka pai! Have you been to the United States before? I've been to California twice and this year I'm going to New York! I'm very excited :) Which state would you most like to visit?

Keep up the great work, Ariana!

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla

  3. Kia ora Ariana! Olive and the grey skies here! How are you doing?

America sounds like a super exciting place to visit! I especially like all the little location signs you've dotted throughout the map! It really makes finding everything super easy, and the suggestions you've made are really interesting! Ka pai on all your hard work and creativity - it really shows!

I notice you haven't been as active recently - maybe you're on holiday? Bad wifi connection? The dog ate your computer? Whatever the reason, my team and I would love to see more of your work! Don't give up, there are still two weeks of the program to go!

    Ngā mihi,
    Olive
