Activity 2: My Pepeha


Tena Koutou Katoa

Ko Ngatokimatawhaorua te waka

Ko Matai te maunga
Ko Tapuwae te awa                                
Ko Te Rarawa te iwi
Ko Ngai Tupoto te hapū
Ko Ngahuia te marae
No Kaikohe ahau                                              
Ko Hugh me Geoff raua ko Gina me Lynda oku tupuna
Ko Bevan raua ko Alicia oku matua                            
Ko Ariana toku ingoa
No reira tena koutou, tena koutou, tena koutou katoa


 Here is a screencastify of me doing my Pepeha. I still need practise but I think I did a good job.

    Ka pai! I am so impressed with how well you can do your Pepeha! You're much better than me. I will keep practicing then when I visit your school next year we can share our pepeha's together?

    I've sent this your Pepeha to some of my work friends, because I think you did so well! I wanted more people to see the awesome work you have been doing!

    Did someone in your Whanau help you learn your Pepeha? They must be very proud of you.

      I am surprised that you did a good comment because I had been practicing a lot of times. My mum and my Aunty helped me with it.

      Don't be surprised Ariana! This is just proof that when you practice and work hard at something, you can exceed your own expectations. I am sure your Mum and Aunty are super proud.
